Emily Carr Library staff are generally available for online chat Monday - Friday 12 - 4pm. If we miss your chat request, or you are using AskAway outside of those times, you will get help from another BC post-secondary library team member.

From September - April, the library research help desk is open:
Monday - Friday: 11:30 - 1:30pm and 3 - 5pm.

During the summer term (May - August) research help is available upon request. Please ask at the Library Service Desk.
